Adam Kehrli is an experienced civil litigator who brings measurable trial and appellate experience to The Gaiennie Law Offices. Adam spent the first 12 years of practice working for several of the world’s largest insurance and retail corporations. In the last four years, however, Adam uses that former experience to now vigorously represents the interests of individuals injured
by the wrongdoing of their insurance companies or of others. These varied experiences provide Adam with the unique ability to view a client’s needs from different perspectives.
During his 16 year career, Adam has litigated several trials to successful verdicts for his clients. He also participated in hundreds of mediations with similar results. Adam thrives on the research, writing, and legal argument needed to be a successful trial and appellate attorney. He has one reported case, Pullen v. Walker, 228 P.3d 158 (Colo. App. 2008), secured victories for his clients in two federal appeals, and argued multiple times before the state courts of appeals.
At the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Adam was an active member of the school’s Appellate Advocacy Team from 1999 through his graduation in 2001. In addition to his appellate participation, Adam was a board member of the Student Government Association and received the Scholastic Excellence Award for his achievement in Appellate Practice and Procedure—Fall of 1999; Antitrust Law—Spring of 2000; and Election Law—Spring of 2001.
Adam received his two undergraduate degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. Adam is admitted to the Colorado Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
In his free time, Adam enjoys sports, especially football and hockey, playing poker, the history of the American Revolution, and spending time with his wife and kids.
