Chad Escallier graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Mr. Escallier attended the UCLA School of Law where he co-chaired a legal clinic helping low-income individuals get public benefits. He trained law students and social workers on public benefits law and advocated for those in need at public benefit offices across Los Angeles.
Also at UCLA, Mr. Escallier participated in the Criminal Trial Advocacy course and the Criminal Defense Clinic. In the clinic, Mr. Escallier got a federal case dismissed with prejudice by highlighting that the state violated his client’s Constitutional rights.
He further honed his litigation and writing skills at a public interest firm and Public Defender offices in California and Denver. He conducted a jury trial and authored and argued civil and criminal motions.
Chad graduated from law school in 2017 and passed the bar exam the same year. Mr. Escallier handles pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters at the Gaiennie Law Office.
Mr. Escallier is a native of Orange County, California and enjoys volunteering and playing soccer.
