Adopt a Family for the Holidays Winners
For six years straight, Amy G Injury Law has been proud to assist local families through our Adopt a Family for the Holidays program. In 2022, our law firm was able to spread some extra holiday cheer by awarding three local families $500 during the 2022 holiday season.

The Adopt a Family for the Holidays program has been an incredible experience for us and we are truly inspired by the perseverance of the families within our community. We received a great deal of heartfelt nominations for deserving families which made choosing our winners very difficult, but here they are:

Aleka Mayr and her three children, Aiden, Raymond, and Katalina are a remarkable family. Aleka is an inspiring mother to her lovely children. Supporting, teaching, and providing for her family, Aleka is a great example of a mother that can do it all. Aleka and her children can often be found hiking and taking in the joys of exploring the great outdoors. The Mayr families light shines bright as they spread positivity to all.
Laura Gehrke and her family are truly making a difference in our community. Laura’s sweet daughter was diagnosed with autism at the age of seven years old. Taking it upon herself to ensure that her daughter’s needs were met, Laura opened the Gem School. The Gem School is dedicated to growing exceptional minds, serving high functioning children with autism and other intellectual disabilities. For a family that has given their all to help serve the community, we would like to say thank you for making a difference.
