Mr. Barber graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in May 2019, and is admitted to the Colorado State Bar. As a law student, Mr. Barber was a student attorney with the American Indian Law Clinic and was an Intern with Denver’s Office of the Municipal Public Defender. In 2011, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Arizona.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Barber worked as a Deputy State Public Defender in Colorado Springs, representing indigent clients. Mr. Barber tried both misdemeanor and felony criminal domestic violence cases, providing zealous advocacy for his clients in the courtroom.
Mr. Barber is responsible for pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters at the Gaiennie Law Office. Mr. Barber is a dedicated fan of the Colorado Avalanche.
